The Founder and CEO, Richard O. Mapp, has more than 30 years of healthcare experience. He is an accomplished executive in areas such as Health Information Management, Health Information System/ Electronic Medical Records, Compliance, Privacy, and Quality Control and Improvement. OAR was born out of the need to improve healthcare services, save hospitals and provide premium care to patients. Mr. Mapp has worked with several companies to aline operational goals with companies' strategic goals to achieve optimal financial outcomes. He has served on various boards such as the San Francisco YMCA. Further, he has spoken at many industry events such as High Point University's summer panel.   Presently, Mr. Mapp is a Consultant on a Medicare Managed Care Claims Review proposal.
